Diet Cook/Diet Chef
Develops concepts, menus and recipes within established departmental guidelines.
Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
Responsible for organizing and controlling the efficient production of quality diet foods and beverages according the Company/Client statutory regulations regarding hygiene, safety and cleanliness.Prepare, cook and serve food and beverages following HACCP procedures and in compliance with Food Hygiene Regulations.
